Weld-On Filler Cap

These weld on filler caps are great for making custom coolant expansion, fuel or oil tanks.

Machined from 6061 Aluminium Alloy, they weld best with 4043 or 5356 filler rod.

Measured as widest cap diameter;

2.5" Cap - 45mm Internal Diameter

2.0" Cap - 36mm Internal Diameter

1.5" Cap - 25mm Internal Diameter
